Why didn’t I receive an activation email when I set up a MailGlo account?

When creating your free account with MailGlo we send an activation email to you to the email you created your account with.

If you cannot see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You may also have other 'promotional' folders to which your email provider automatically directs email. Please check these folders as well.

If you cannot find your activation email from MailGlo, you can request us to resend it.

Go to our home page and in the top right corner, click 'Sign in' button, add your email and password you registered with. A message will appear to resend the activation email.

You will receive a confirmation code which you will need to activate your account.
