Why aren’t my contacts receiving my emails?

There are many reasons why people are not receiving your emails. The email address may be no longer in use, there may be an error in the email address you have given us. Please check and edit if necessary all email addresses that bounce. Every recipient has the option to ‘unsubscribe’ from receiving emails from you sent with MailGlo. If someone unsubscribes from your email they will not receive any from MailGlo. We are strongly against spam email and would ask you not to knowingly send unwanted email using our platform.
